Pakistan’s Fida Hussain won a Gold medal in IFBB Asian bodybuilding championship in Bishkek, Fida Hussain made history at the IFBB Asian Championship.

Gul Nawaz bagged a silver medal in the junior category, Fida Hussain won silver in the senior men’s category whereas Faisal Khan got his hands to a bronze medal in the 60kg category of the event. 

Fida Hussain won the title of Mr. Asia, he also won the gold medal in the 90 kg category.

Fida Hussain became the first Pakistani bodybuilder to win the Elite Pro Card, he left behind his Indian counterpart.

As many as 10 Pakistani bodybuilders are participating in 14 different categories of the Asian Bodybuilding Championship.
