Pakistani weightlifter Nooh Dastgir Butt, who won the gold medal at the Commonwealth Games, has returned home.
According to the details, gold medalist weightlifter Nooh Butt returned to his country, Noah was warmly welcomed at Islamabad Airport, and flowers were showered on him.
DG Sports Board Asif Zaman welcomed the national hero, a special function has been organized in honor of Nooh at 4 pm at a private hotel.
Speaking on this occasion, Nooh Butt said that he is thankful to Allah Almighty for his success.
It is pertinent to mention that in the weightlifting event of the Commonwealth Games held in Birmingham, Pakistani weightlifter Muhammad Nooh Dastgir Butt won the gold medal. Nooh Dastgir lifted 173 kg in the snatch, while 232 kg in the clean and jerk.
